What to Expect

There are five steps to every claim. Here’s what you can expect once you submit a claim to Ovation:
1. Claim Submitted
Once you’ve submitted your claim, a claim number and adjuster will be assigned.
2. Property Inspection
You will be contacted within 24-48 hours to schedule a property inspection at a mutually convenient day and time.
3. Data Collection
The adjuster will take photos and collect all details documenting your loss.
4. Claim Assessment
Your claim will be reviewed in its entirety.
5. Determination & Closure
You will be contacted to discuss the claim outcome and next steps. Relevant documentation will be sent to you.

Emergency Assistance

If you need emergency assistance with water extraction, tree removal, roof tarping, or the boarding up of windows or doors to prevent further damage to your home after a covered loss, we have the right people for the job.  Please contact our claims center at (888) 247-0486 during business hours. Our team will help you locate nearby emergency services and schedule an appointment.
